Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase for the Cyberole account used at checkout. It unlocks the full question bank, readiness exams, badges and weak-spot practice while Cyberole operates the service. It is not a subscription and there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges.

The price and accepted payment methods are shown before payment. Stripe processes the payment and may provide a receipt or invoice. Premium starts after Stripe confirms successful payment.

The free Premium trial lasts four days, does not require payment details and does not convert into a paid plan. Progress remains on the account after the trial ends.

You may request a full refund within 14 days after buying Lifetime Premium, including when you asked for access to start immediately. Email [email protected] from the address on your Cyberole account and include the payment date. We will acknowledge the request and return an approved refund to the original payment method.

After 14 days, we do not normally refund a completed one-time purchase. This policy does not limit your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Refunded or successfully disputed purchases lose Premium access.

We use account details, sign-in records, quiz answers, saved scores, goals, badges and purchase status to provide Cyberole and keep accounts secure. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Cyberole.

We use first-party, cookieless product analytics to understand visits, performance and feature use. The analytics service does not retain IP addresses or user-agent strings, drops ordinary query strings and turns off when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Staff activity is excluded.

Service providers include Stripe for payments, ZeptoMail for transactional email, Google when you choose Google sign-in, Cloudflare for network security and delivery, and Contabo for hosting. We keep account and learning records while the account exists, analytics for the configured retention period, and payment or security records where needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

You can download your account data or request deletion from My profile. You may also ask to access, correct, restrict or object to use of your personal data. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights or raise a privacy question.

Cyberole provides educational practice and interview preparation. It does not guarantee employment, an interview outcome, certification or that an employer will ask the same questions. Do not use the service as a substitute for professional legal, compliance or security advice.
